  I would not recommend renting from NP Realty what so ever ... Especially having Rory as your landlord. The "maintenance guy" seemed to always be around the vicinity of my apartment at least every other day and was always stopping at the shed for reasons that were never apparent.Things became much clearer once it was discovered that the "maintenance guy" was actually the OWNER of the apartment. It became clear that he (the OWNER) was watching his tenants when I'm sure there are privacy laws set in place for these kinds of things , especially without reason. I do not recommend Rory due to his incapability of being professional. He blasted confidential information to a whole room of strangers and utters remarks about his tenants that are unnecessary, childish, and novice for a "business man". College students beware : this company will try to run over you and get over on you if you let them.
